At Stella Luxury Hair, we take pride in providing premium wigs and bundles made with exceptional quality. Each order is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure you receive the products in perfect condition.
Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return guidelines below.
1. No Refunds on Hair Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds on wigs, bundles, or hair extensions once purchased.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item delivered is incorrect or defective.
To qualify:
● The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
● Lace must still be intact (not cut or customized).
● Hair must not be brushed, installed, dyed, washed, or styled.
If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

4. Shipping Costs
For approved returns or exchanges:
● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
● Stella Luxury Hair will cover the cost of sending the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed, as processing begins immediately.
6. Custom Orders
Custom-made wigs or specially requested styles are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of a proven defect.
